HOTEL REGULATIONS

  • Check in time 1400hrs and check out time 1200hrs. Early check in and late check out will be charged half day tariff extra based on the availability of the same.
  • It is mandatory for all guests to present their photo ID document at the reception at the time of check in.
  • Breakfast will be an a la cart/Buffet and will be served between 0730 hrs to 1130hrs on chargeable basis.
  • If servicing of the suite is required by the guest the same to be informed to reception in advance.
  • Each suite will be issued only one electronic key card, any loss or damage will be charged Rs. 300/- per key.
  • Prohibited articles like drugs, flammable items etc. will not be allowed inside the hotel premises/property.
  • The management has the right to dispose off any abandoned luggage or lost and found items unclaimed by the guest after a maximum period of 30 days.
  • For security reasons it is not appropriate to leave children under 10 years of age without adult supervision in the hotel room or other areas on the hotel premises. Running and playing in the bar and restaurant area is not permitted.
  • No pets are allowed in the hotel premises.
  • The hotel follows a no-nonsense policy. Unlawful, unruly behaviour, abusive language or loud noise will not be tolerated.
  • Please note that the hotel does not accept bookings of single and groups of men only couples and families are welcome.
  • Wet clothes should not be hung in the balcony or any other furniture.
  • Outside visitors will not be allowed in the hotel after 8 pm. However they can be entertained in the restaurant or other public areas of the Hotel.
  • Change/transfer of rooms will not be allowed without the permission of the front desk.
  • Guests will be charged for any damage done to the furniture, linen or any other hotel property in the suites.
  • All electrical appliances shall be switched off and all taps to be closed properly by guest when they exit the suite.
  • Kindly refrain from stuffing paper into the key tag slot as it damages the sensor.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any of the suites and any enclosed area in the hotel, in case found violating the same will be fined Rs. 2500 each time.
  • Please do not take away the guest room items as souvenirs. Else will be charged to your hotel bill.
  • Guests are requested to dress appropriately at all times.
  • In case of violation of the above regulations or any misconduct as deemed to cause others inconvenience or discomfort, the management reserves the right to ask the guest to leave.
  • The management reserves the right to alter or amend the above regulations without any notice. In case of any query, please contact the front desk.

FAQs

Are there any options for differently abled?

Yes. Fahrenheit is one of the few hotels in Goa to offer a room specially designed for differently abled. You can book the Cool Suite where special ramps and toilet facilities makes it easy for a differently abled person to enjoy a comfortable stay.

Is there a refund on cancelled booking?

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Bookings will be confirmed only on receipt of 100% advance payment.
  • Booking above 2 rooms will be considered a Group Booking. The rooms will be confirmed only on receipt of 100% advance payment. This will be a no cancellable and non-refundable booking.
  • No Show will be charged full amount.
  • No Refund from 24th Dec to 4th JAN every year.
  • Weekends where public holidays are in succession, are identified as “Busy Weekends”. Bookings made for “Busy Weekends” LIKE 15TH AUG, 26TH JAN, AND FESTIVE HOLIDAYS (even for a single room) cannot be cancelled and there will be no refund for the same.
  • No refund also applies for a Single Public Holiday.

  • For bookings of 1 or 2 rooms
    From Mar-22 to Oct-22

    • 30 days prior to arrival full refund.
    • Within 30 days from arrival date, full 100% will be charged i.e. no refund.

    From Nov-22 to Feb-23

    • 60 days prior to arrival full refund.
    • Within 60 days from arrival date, full 100% will be charged i.e. no refund.

    NOTE: The Cancellation Policy will be strictly adhered to and under no circumstances will there be a refund
