Cancellation Policy

 

• Bookings will be confirmed only on receipt of 100% advance payment.
• Booking above 2 rooms will be considered a Group Booking. The
  rooms will be confirmed only on receipt of 100% advance payment.
  This will be a non-cancellable and non-refundable booking.
• No Show will be charged full amount.
• No Refund from 24th Dec to 4th Jan every year.
• Weekends where public holidays are in succession, are identified as
  “Busy Weekends”. Bookings made for “Busy Weekends” LIKE 15TH
  AUG, 26TH JAN, AND FESTIVE HOLIDAYS (even for a single
  room) cannot be cancelled and there will be no refund for the same.
• No refund also applies for a Single Public Holiday.

 

For bookings of 1 or 2 rooms:

• From March to October
  • 30 days prior to arrival full refund.
  • Within 30 days from arrival date, full 100% will be charged i.e. no
  refund.

 

• From November to February
  • 60 days prior to arrival full refund.
  • Within 60 days from arrival date, full 100% will be charged i.e. no
  refund.

 

NOTE: The Cancellation Policy will be strictly adhered to and under no circumstances will there be a refund
