What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 2:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon).
What are the breakfast hours?
Breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM.
What is included in breakfast?
Our complimentary breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every palate. Guests can enjoy freshly squeezed juices (watermelon and pineapple), a selection of seasonal fresh fruits (papaya, apple, pineapple, banana and watermelon), and a choice of breakfast cereals. The Indian breakfast menu includes favourites such as dosa, uttapam, medu vada, idli, puri bhaji, pav bhaji, chole bhature, poha, and upma. Guests can also choose from a variety of egg preparations, including fried eggs, omelettes, poached eggs, boiled eggs, bhurji, and akuri. The breakfast spread is complemented with toast served with butter and jam, along with hot beverages including tea and coffee.
What are the swimming pool hours?
The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. No pool attendant is on duty outside these hours.
What are the housekeeping hours?
Housekeeping is available between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. If you need your suite serviced, let reception know in advance during these hours.
Do you accept bookings for single men or groups of men?
No. The resort accepts bookings only for couples and families.
Is ID required at check-in?
Yes. Every guest must provide a valid ID at check-in. Management can deny entry to a guest without valid ID.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
No. Outside food and beverages aren’t allowed on the property.
Is the resort pet-friendly?
No. Pets aren’t allowed on the property.
Is smoking allowed in suites?
No. All suites are non-smoking. A fine applies for violations (see Terms & Conditions).
What time is the last restaurant order taken?
The last restaurant order is taken at 10:30 PM.
Is there a refund on a cancelled booking?
It depends on when you cancel, how many rooms you’ve booked, and the season. Full details are in the Cancellation Policy.
What happens if I check out early?
No refund is given for early checkouts.
Can I change or transfer rooms after check-in?
Room changes and transfers need front desk permission and aren’t guaranteed.
Are children allowed to stay unsupervised?
No. Children under 10 must be supervised by an adult at all times, both in the room and elsewhere on the property. Running or playing in the bar and restaurant areas isn’t permitted.
