Rules & Regulations
Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out time is at
12:00 PM (noon).
- Breakfast Service: Breakfast will be served à la carte/buffet between 8:00 AM and 10:30 AM.
- Swimming Pool Hours: The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note that beyond these hours, there will be no pool attendant present.
- Housekeeping Services: Housekeeping services are provided between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
- Early Checkout Policy: No refund will be provided for early room checkouts.
- Restaurant Service: The last order in the restaurant will be taken at 10:30 PM.
- Identification: Guests must provide a valid ID at check-in. Management reserves the right to deny entry to any guest without a valid ID.
- Non-Smoking Policy: All suites are non-smoking. A fine of ₹2,500 will be charged for violations.
- Payment: The full amount of the room tariff will be charged at check-in.
- Damage and Missing Items: Guests will be charged for any damage to the room or other hotel premises, as well as for missing items.
- Food and Beverage Policy: Outside food and drinks are not allowed on the hotel premises.
- Guest Entry: Only the guest legally checked in at the hotel is allowed in the room at all times. No other person shall be allowed to enter the room.
- Liability: The hotel is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to guests’ property or persons due to events beyond its control.
- Parking: Upon entering the parking area, please hand your car keys to the security personnel on duty to ensure the safety and organization of the parking lot.
- Room Items: Please do not take away guest room items as souvenirs. Otherwise, charges will apply to your hotel bill.
- Key Tag Slot: Kindly refrain from stuffing paper into the key tag slot as it damages the sensor.
- Electrical Appliances: Guests shall switch off all electrical appliances and close all taps properly when exiting the suite.
- Room Changes/Transfers: Change or transfer of rooms will not be allowed without the permission of the front desk.
- Damage to Property: Guests will be charged for any damage done to the furniture, linen, or any other hotel property in the suites.
- Appropriate Dress Code: Guests are requested to dress appropriately at all times.
- No Pets Policy: No pets are allowed in the hotel premises.
- Behavioral Policy: The hotel follows a no-nonsense policy. Unlawful, unruly behavior, abusive language, or loud noise will not be tolerated.
- Wet Clothes: Wet clothes should not be hung on the balcony or any other furniture.
- Booking Policy: The hotel does not accept bookings for single men or groups of men. Only couples and families are welcome.
- Children’s Supervision: For security reasons, children under 10 years of age must not be left without adult supervision in the hotel room or other areas of the premises. Running and playing in the bar and restaurant area is not permitted.
- Abandoned Luggage: The management has the right to dispose of any abandoned luggage or lost and found items unclaimed by the guest after a maximum period of 30 days.
- Prohibited Items: Prohibited articles like drugs, flammable items, etc., will not be allowed inside the hotel premises/property.
- Suite Servicing: If servicing of the suite is required, guests must inform reception in advance between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
- Misconduct Policy: In case of violation of the above regulations or any misconduct causing inconvenience or discomfort to others, the management reserves the right to ask the guest to leave.
Is there a refund on cancelled booking?
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings will be confirmed only on receipt of 100% advance payment.
- Booking above 2 rooms will be considered a Group Booking. The
rooms will be confirmed only on receipt of 100% advance payment.
This will be a non-cancellable and non-refundable booking. - No Show will be charged full amount.
- No Refund from 24th Dec to 4th Jan every year.
- Weekends where public holidays are in succession, are identified as
“Busy Weekends”. Bookings made for “Busy Weekends” LIKE 15TH
AUG, 26TH JAN, AND FESTIVE HOLIDAYS (even for a single
room) cannot be cancelled and there will be no refund for the same. - No refund also applies for a Single Public Holiday.
For bookings of 1 or 2 rooms:
- From March to October
• 30 days prior to arrival full refund.
• Within 30 days from arrival date, full 100% will be charged i.e. no
refund.
- From November to February
• 60 days prior to arrival full refund.
• Within 60 days from arrival date, full 100% will be charged i.e. no
refund.
NOTE: The Cancellation Policy will be strictly adhered to and under no circumstances will there be a refund
